Customer Satisfaction Policy:
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. Our policy states that if 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange (darn lawyers), however, we will hear every case and do everything possible to make you happy.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days if approved.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, feel free to get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org. You can also check your bank account and/or contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
Sale items (if applicable)
Most stores say that only regular priced items may be refunded. We think that’s ridiculous. If you are not happy with your product for any reason please let us know and we will do everything possible to make you happy.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will exchange any item if you are not 100% satisfied. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and return your item to: 14900 Woodbridge Rd. Camden, Michigan US 49232. Please include a brief explanation of why you are not happy with your item so we can make sure it doesn’t happen again.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a red headed honey gift certificate will be mailed to you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. We will do our best to get your product back in your hands asap.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
